£2.5 million Tramsheds

Spearheading the Roadside Retail portfolio is The Tramsheds, a £2.5 million former tram shed situated on Leeds Road, Bradford, which offers 230,000 sq ft of prime retail space. Currently at pre planning stage, work on site should begin in early Spring

Vets4Pets and Spar take units at Crossley Hall at Crossley Hall

Vets4Pets and Spar supermarkets have already signed up to lease two of the three units within a 6,370 sq ft development at Crossley Hall on Thornton Road, Bradford. Vets4Pets are taking 2,000 sq ft for 15 years at a commencing rent of £22,500 per annum. Whilst Spar will take a unit of 1,654 sq ft at £17,500 per annum, for 25 years. Work is already underway, with a view to complete by February this year.

Further boosts for Portfolio

The portfolio is further boosted with the recent acquisition of 8,000 sq ft of key roadside space in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, as well as a 6,500 sq ft site in St Helens, which has been granted pre-planning approval and has a pre-let secured with Vets4Pets.

Midpoint on site in January

Midpoint Trade Park, a 12,500 sq ft trade counter development, also in Bradford, has been granted planning permission for the redevelopment of 12,500 sq ft of trade counter development at Midpoint Trade Park, Bradford. Work to redevelop the site into ten high quality trade units, is imminent.
